Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a seasoned Mortgage Industry Recruiter who can efficiently source, recruit, and onboard talented professionals within the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Utilize industry networks, memberships, trade groups, and internal resources to source potential candidates.
Continuously assess the efficiency of recruitment strategies and procedures.
Maintain regular communication with managers and employees for rapport building, morale boosting, and sourcing new candidate leads.
Assist in crafting precise job descriptions, duties, qualifications, and skills required.
Employ various resources for job postings, networking, internet recruiting, cold calls, media, and employee referrals.
Provide accurate company information and job opportunities to prospective applicants.
Manage administrative responsibilities and maintain recruitment records.
Willingly list our company as a place of employment on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field.
Proven experience in recruiting within the Mortgage industry is essential.
Excellent command of English is a must.
Proficiency in using BambooHR and NMLS for licensing is a must.
Exceptional interviewing skills with familiarity in various interview techniques (including video or panel interviews).
Comprehensive understanding of job requirements for various roles within the company.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
