Full-time Cold Calling VA Appointment Setter Positions

We are seeking at least one, possibly multiple, exceptional Cold Calling VA Appointment Setter Positions to join our team. As a Cold Calling VA, you will play a vital role in our sales process by contacting real estate agents and presenting them with a high-demand product.

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, and offering $5 per hour with the opportunity for pay increases and bonuses if the appointment you make results in a sale.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct cold calls to real estate agents and present them with a brief description of our product to gauge interest

- Clearly and confidently present value proposition

- Maintain accurate records of each call, including outcomes and feedback

- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call quotas to ensure a high conversion rate

- Continuously improve your cold calling techniques and adapt to market feedback

Requirements:

- EXCELLENT spoken English skills with exceptional pronunciation.

- Previous experience in cold calling, preferably in a sales or telemarketing role.

- Strong persuasive and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.

- Familiarity with High Level is a plus, as that is the CRM we use
