WordPress Expert Needed. Must be advanced in PHP and PSDs

My business is simple, I put up WordPress sites and perform SEO for clients. I use WordPress themes from www.woothemes.com.

I need someone who is an expert in WordPress, XHTML, CSS (knows how to create CSS Based Tables with the div tags), PHP and Photoshop. I want someone that can take the PSD file from woothemes and customize it with no problems. That means they know how to change the layout (columns, header, footer etc.), modify the look and feel, can create custom background images and do anything the client wishes for the most part.

Nice to have but not required:

It would be nice if this person had logo design experience to create nice professional logos but it is not required.
