Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential EU-based distributors who align with our product range and business objectives.
2. Conduct thorough market research to assess the competitiveness, reliability, and reputation of the potential distributors.
3. Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts and potential distributors for future reference and follow-ups.
4. Stay updated with industry trends and distributor standards within the EU market.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or a similar role in distributor sourcing, sales, or business development.
2. Knowledge of the EU market, distributor landscape, and relevant laws and regulations is an advantage
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - B2+
4. Strong research, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
5. Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision.
6. High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
7. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite/Google G-Suite and other business-related software.
8. High-speed, reliable internet connection.
