What You Will Be Doing:
As a QA Engineer at SnapMagic, you will take complete ownership of software quality and the entire testing process. Your responsibilities include both manual and automated testing. You will lead the development and execution of test plans and cases, engage in performance testing, and identify, log, and validate defects, bugs, and usability issues. Additionally, you will monitor key metrics to ensure platform reliability and collaborate with the software team to define and refine the continuous build and deployment process.
Job Requirements:
Location: Remote (focusing in Candidates from Latin America and Eurasia)
Educational Background: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in QA Testing.
Technical Skills:
Manual testing
Proficiency in various types of testing (functional, non-functional) and testing frameworks.
Strong SQL knowledge and experience.
Experience with API testing automation.
Expertise in the test life cycle, including planning, designing, case creation/maintenance, automation, execution, and reporting.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
Soft Skills: Excellent English communication skills, problem-solving ability, self-motivation, detail-oriented, ambitious, and proactive.
Note: The role is remote only, focusing on candidates in Europe, Latin America, or Asia timezones.
