We're hiring a replacement for one of our customer service reps who is pursuing the next step of their career with their own business!
This job posting is for our company, which currently operates 3 all-online retail brands (E-Commerce), and every year we're acquiring more to grow! We have a variety of different products across these brands, which are all different, and this really keeps things fresh and interesting. We’ve been around for 4 years now, and have goals for many years to come.

Currently, we're looking for multiple new hires to fill part-time positions. We'd like to expand our availability to be 24/7 and need multiple new hires to do so.

- You're willing to learn and become an expert on our products
- You have *impeccable* spoken and written English.
- You have experience in customer service.
- You are detail oriented and a problem solver.
- You can work without explicit instruction, but know when to ask questions.
- You have a positive attitude and are a joy to work with. You're a shining light that lifts people up!
- You know how to be friendly and expressive in your speech, and can make people smile while they're on the phone with you because you're just SO DAMN UPBEAT! But at the same time, you know how to empathize with an upset customer and put them at ease.
- You are available for part-time work. This may expand into full-time if you're an excellent addition!
