JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for skilled and experienced Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor stock levels on Amazon, ensuring accuracy and availability of products.
Handle order processing, including timely fulfillment, tracking, and addressing customer inquiries related to orders.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure product accuracy, labeling, and packaging meet Amazon's standards.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to facilitate reordering and maintain inventory levels.
Utilize Excel to track and analyze sales, inventory, and other relevant data to inform decision-making.
Pay attention to detail and maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and customer interactions.
Stay up to date with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices to optimize product listings and enhance customer experience.
Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing customer concerns and resolving issues.

Requirements:
Previous experience working with Amazon.
Proficiency in stock control, order processing, shipping, QC, reordering, and Excel.
Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal tea ---------- mbers.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
