I’m a US-based Real Estate Agent. Looking to create two recurring video series.

The first series is about the new listings that hit the market each week
(panning and zooming between the photos. Some green screen work)

The second series will be about real estate news each week
(This would be more transition based with b-roll and picture and picture cutscenes)

Scope of the work:
I’m looking for someone who can create two engaging videos a week. That will be 10 to 15 mins long but more on the 10 mins side mostly. I fully understand that you have other clients that you work with. I’m not looking to take up all of your time with my projects. The video series will be relatively straightforward. I’m truly looking for quality over quantity

Type of editor I’m looking for:
Great cutscenes with narration behind it, transitions b-roll, eye tracking. Everyone wants captions but what is your style? Do you have the ability to upscale or color grade? I'm interested to see how you utilize your sound effects with your transitions the music selection behind the videos you choose? I'm really looking for your unique flare that you bring to the videos you create.

I'm looking at this as a collaboration so your input on how to make the videos better. Whether that’s how I’m shooting them or your working style preferences. How do you like videos sent to you to ensure the product is completed on time?

Requirements:
Must speak English
Must have your own editing software
Must be able to meet the deadlines you set (no exceptions)
