We are seeking a full-time acquisitions manager to join our team here at Land Acquisitions
Our company specializes in selling vacant land throughout the United States
Our Primary lead generation source is Direct Mail
Currently, we are generating around 30-60 new leads every month. We get around 5-25 calls per day from our direct mail marketing. For this role, you would be speaking to incoming qualified seller leads, making outbound calls and following up with seller leads, following up with old seller leads, and getting our acquisitions under contract.
We are looking for someone hungry who has real sales ability. Please do not apply if this is not you!
On average, you'll be making 25-50 calls per day, with an average daily talk time of 60-120 minutes per day. Outside of calling, you'll also be expected to follow up consistently with seller leads through text and
Our business requires that you work to develop a thorough understanding in regard to vacant land in the United States. Our team provides extensive training on this, but you must be motivated to learn.
Many sellers have very specific questions about real estate and the closing process when we purchase the land from them. We expect that you'll spend the first 14 days on the job going through our training modules and preparing yourself for getting on the phones with sellers.
Soft Skills needed...
1) Fluent in speaking and writing English
2) Minimal foreign accent (many of our sellers want to feel like they are speaking to someone in the United States)
3) Detail Orientated (all of the calls/texts/emails must be added to the CRM)
4) Kind and empathetic.
5) Hungry for professional growth ( Since this is a salary + commission role, you are in control of how much you'd like to earn. We want someone who is motivated to help others and wants to make an incredible income)

Technical Skills needed...
CRM experience, we use Click Up
Familiar with G Suite
Proficient with using County websites to source property information
Slack for team communication
Google earth for reviewing properties
Docusign Proficiency
Company network of sites for comping properties
Any additional real estate information is a huge bonus
