SAAS Programmer to Build AI Website Builder

I am in search of a programmer to build an AI website builder. Similar to the websites linked below (Hocoos/Leia/durable/etc). I would like to hire someone that can share the process with me, and explain the code/process as I am learning about programmer as well.

This can be an ongoing project/job, as there are many additional things that I would like to have built. Priority goes to those who are able to implement quickly.
