JOB OVERVIEW

i am an online fitness coach with 300 000 instagram followers (all genuine, no fake or paid followers)

i have a small full-time team working with/for me, including my sister and cousin :) and we are looking to hire a new member:
- a full-time virtual assistant with experience in social media, to manage all the direct messages, comments, email messages and customer interactions

if you join our team, you will be required to multitask and wear different hats - but i will train you in the areas that you are lacking. i am looking to work with someone for the long-term so if you just want a job for a few months, please do NOT waste my time applying.

starting pay: $2-3USD per hour depending on experience
your working hours will be 6 days per week from 8pm philippine time onwards when our american followers are awake so you have to be happy with working night shift.

HERE ARE THE SKILLS YOU NEED:

1. HIGHLY ORGANIZED - there are hundreds of conversations you will be participating in per day with different objectives. if you are not organized, you will get overwhelmed or confused and make mistakes..

2. WRITE AND THINK like a NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKER - many filipino can write "good" english, but it's easy to spot that they are "virual workers" because of the "formal or stiff" way they write english. you need to be able to write the way most americans write/comment/dm. you need to pass of as me in all the content creation / customer messaging / replying to comments that you Upgrade to see actual infote how i have been typing this whole ad.. lots of sentence and technical and punctuation errors.. but it flows well the same way an american would talk.. and that's what is needed for social media excellence nowadays.. makes sense?

BONUS if you have:
- health and fitness experience/knowledge/passion
- photoshop or video-editing experience
