Job Overview

We're seeking a Virtual Sales and Sourcing Assistant. This key behind-the-scenes role encompasses qualifying and organizing new leads, identifying and sourcing potential talent, managing our CRM platform, and copying job descriptions from job boards to the Mentra platform. You will also assist in building our community through various initiatives, including referral programs and webinars.

How You'll Make An Impact

As a Virtual Sales and Sourcing Assistant, you will be essential in helping Mentra grow. Your work in lead organization, talent sourcing, CRM management, and community building will ensure we connect with the right individuals and nurture our growing network. Your contributions in sourcing job descriptions from various job boards will significantly increase the range of opportunities available on our platform.

Ideal Skills

1. Sales Skills: Experience with qualifying and organizing leads is crucial for this role.
2. Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in identifying talent and sourcing potential candidates is key, with LinkedIn Recruiter being a must-have tool.
3. End-to-end Delivery for Customers: You need to be comfortable navigating job boards, copying job descriptions, and pasting them into the Mentra platform.
4. Technical Proficiency: Quick adaptability to new technologies and familiarity with CRM platforms, especially Forecastable, is essential. Knowledge of MailChimp and ZoomInfo is a plus.
5. Community Management: Experience or interest in community management, particularly in implementing referral programs and co-coordinating webinars, is highly valued.
6. Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills are important for maintaining effective follow-ups and conducting phone calls when necessary.
7. Collaboration: An open, team-player mindset, receptive to sharing ideas and working towards shared goals is key.

At Mentra, we recognize the potential for growth and the willingness to learn. If you're excited about making a positive difference and see yourself thriving in this role, we encourage you to apply.

Accommodations

At Mentra, we believe in bringing your authentic self to work. Our “culture of inclusion” applies to Mentra’s employees as much as it does to job seekers on our platform. Whether that means turning video off, silencing Slack notifications for heads down time, or flexing your working hours, we want to enable everyone to be able to do their best work. If you want to wear a suit or a t-shirt, play board games, go on a run with the cofounders, or drink tea and talk about changing the world, you can do that with Mentra!

If you require any accommodations during the interview process or once hired, we are here for you! Please share them through your Mentra Profile or email: ---------- to make your interviewers aware.
