Personal Lines and Commercial Insurance VA

We are an Insurance Agency In Dallas, TX, US, and we are looking for someone with insurance Experience (Personal Lines and Commercial) in the USA. Tasks are:
The Personal/Commercial Lines CSR will be responsible for maintaining relationships with and serving our current book of business. This role will work to solve clients' problems effectively and efficiently. The ultimate goal is to retain 100% of our personal lines book of business each year.

Duties include:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Using our systems to shop expiring policies at renewal with all of our carriers
- Quickly respond to endorsement requests and service requests as they come in
- Provide COIs
- Handle daily downloads first thing each morning
- Handle billing questions
- Run weekly and monthly reports
- use EZLynx, carrier portals (Safeco, Alstate, Mercury, Germania ...)
- load quotes, create comparison sheets
- requote current policies that are expiring,

Well-spoken and written English skills are required.
