Job Description:
The perfect candidate should possess an innate capacity for organizing and prioritizing daily responsibilities. Superior communication skills and customer service acumen are vital to this role, with a focus on consistent improvement and delivering exceptional customer service. Although having experience in real estate would be beneficial, it's not a prerequisite for the position.


Preferred Candidates:
Fluent in speaking English
Superb writing skills
Quick adaptive learner
Video Editing or Social Media Marketing Background

Requirements:
Reliable computer or laptop
Hands Free Headset
Fast, consistent internet connection
Quiet place to take incoming calls when needed


Job Task:
Data Entry
Excel proficient
Property Searches
Scheduling showing appointments for agent/buyers
Coordinate monthly mailings for agent
Keep track of monthly marketing calendar and tasks associated with it
Update client database
Responding to incoming text
Learn and use current CRM management system (kvCORE or Mojo)
Send weekly reports to clients
Handle administrative details from contract to closing
Track all incoming leads
