Experienced Video Editor

We are seeking a seasoned and talented video editor to join our team in a full-time and secure position. If you have a knack for visual storytelling, an eye for detail, and a passion for making raw footage come alive, we would like to meet you.

*** Responsibilities ***

1. Editing raw video footage into professional, high-quality videos and commercials.
2. Performing colour grading and audio mixing to create an engaging audio-visual experience.
3. Scouring through provided footage to select the best shots and interview responses. Occasionally, you will be required to work according to a supplied storyboard.
4. Collaborating with our creative team to understand project scope and objectives.
5. Ensuring logical sequencing and smooth running of the final video product.
6. Maintaining the highest level of quality control for your work.
7. Using proxy files for editing, then sending us the final Premiere file to allow us to export the full resolution file.


*** Requirements:***

1. Proficiency in using Adobe Premiere Pro CC (latest version).
2. Experience in Adobe After Effects is a strong advantage.
3. Ability to download large volumes of data (approximately 50GB per project).
4. Fluent English skills (both spoken and written).
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Portfolio of past work in video editing.

Remuneration: Salary is $800-$1200 per month, depending on experience. If shortlisted, you will be required to complete a practical test, involving editing video footage that we send to you. We will compensate you for your time spent on this task.
