JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our ---------- this role, you will
be responsible for efficiently supporting the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth
and positive transition into the company. Additionally, you will handle various payroll responsibilities,
including payroll processing.
Responsibilities:

Onboarding:
? Create new email accounts for new hires and assign them to relevant Google groups.
? Download all onboarding documents from Apploi (Recruiting & onboarding system) and maintain
employee files on Google Drive
? Complete onboarding process in Isoved (payroll company) and verify I9 documents.

Payroll:
? Prepare and process accurate payroll reports
? Download the payroll Summary and Register of each entity to submit over to the CEO and
accounting team
? Collaborate with the CEO and accounting team to verify payroll data, resolve discrepancies, and
ensure timely payment to employees.
? Maintain strict confidentiality and security of payroll information in compliance with company
policies and data protection regulations.
? Stay updated on payroll laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
? Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
? Generate and distribute pay stubs and related payroll documents to employees.
? Prepare payroll reports for management as required.
? Coordinate with the HR team to ensure accurate payroll data for new hires, terminations,
promotions, and other employment changes.
? Ensure accurate processing of payroll-related deductions and benefits in collaboration with the
HR team.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field (preferred but not
required).
? Previous experience in HR, onboarding, payroll, or a similar administrative role is highly
desirable.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
? Proficient computer skills, including experience with HR systems, payroll software, and Microsoft
Excel.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all
levels of the organization.
? Familiarity with relevant employment laws, regulations, and payroll best practices.
? Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
