Website creator and manager

Dear Ms, Mr,

I am looking for an employee who can
- Create websites to my specification including, where needed, customised plugins to my specifications
- Ideally, can create an app that works with the created websites
- Maintain the developed websites (improving their performance, updating them etc.)
- Offer technical customer support via email
- Offer technical support to the other tea ---------- mbers where needed via skype
- Engage in some social media marketing by engaging with potential customers on social media and/or engaging in groups with potential customers
- communicate in English well (written and spoken)

Other tasks may arise in addition to these but they are the main focus.
