Part-Time Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in graphic design, excellent organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines. The position requires proficiency in English communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. This role offers a flexible schedule of 5-10 hours per week, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking part-time work.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to design visually appealing and engaging graphics for various marketing materials, including social media posts, website banners, newsletters, and print collateral.
- Create and modify existing design assets, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Understand project requirements and follow design briefs to deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations.
- Take ownership of assigned projects, manage workload effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Review designs for errors, typos, and inconsistencies, ensuring accurate and professional deliverables.
- Communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, including project managers and clients, to clarify design requirements and gather feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously enhance design skills.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency in design.
- Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing project requirements and client feedback.
