- Perform regular quality checks on email content, templates, and processes.
- Organize and manage incoming and outgoing emails, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
- Handle routine administrative tasks related to client accounts and campaign management.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions.
