We are looking for 1 CRM Automation Specialist to join our Awesome growing
Key Duties & Responsibilities (as detailed as possible)
1. Automation Management: Develop and execute
automated CRM journeys in Iterable for all audiences (active members, expired members,
prospects). Request creative assets, set up promo codes, execute A/B tests, create targeted
segmentation. Assist in QA’ing links and CRM team communications.
2. Reporting: Pull campaign level reporting on overall performance of automations and A/B tests.
3. Project Management & Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Product,
Merch, Brand, and Creative to generate
campaigns. Ensure that campaign products, offers, and assets are created and delivered in a
timely manner. Collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners (Creative, Product, Data,
Legal, etc.) to align on CRM initiatives and ensure all initiatives are aligned with the
wider FFF teams’ calendars.
Minimum Experience
• 2-3 years experience working directly in
• Experience working with ESP platforms such as Iterable
• Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
• Developing, executing, and reporting on A/B tests
• Creating complex workflows
• Exceptional execution and organizational skills
• Strong project management and collaboration skills
• Blend of creativity and analytical skill with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to
problem solving
• Comprehensive understanding of the marketing funnel along with how and where campaigns
are categorized
• Aptitude to work outside of your comfort zone and thrives in a fast pace work environment
• Ability to juggle projects across multiple networks and platforms
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Manage daily operations of advertising campaigns including set up and monitoring
• Analyze campaign and ad performance data in order to drive optimization decisions
• Execute optimization of targeting creatives, messaging, spend and bids across campaigns to
meet target KPIs
• Brainstorm and develop content and creatives that will drive high-response rates in addition to
maintaining brand voice and aesthetic
• Develop and maintain testing methodology for creatives, placements, and audiences

This is a Full time role, PST/EST shift and a WFH set up.
