JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for 3 QA Specialists

Responsibilities:
Sampling Testing of samples for Physico – chemical and microbiological requirements.
Monitoring of lab supplies and reagents
Coordination with 3rd party laboratory for external testing of samples.
Preparation and issuance of COA to customers
Conduct swab testing of personnel, equipment, facilities (product- contact surfaces) and environmental monitoring.
Preparation of testing reports and analysis of data.

Random inspection and monitoring of process parameters to ensure compliance to standards.
Conduct GMP monitoring of facilities, equipment and personnel hygiene/ cleanliness
Checking and verification of cleaning and sanitizing procedures.
Evaluation of process raw materials, in- process and finished products to ensure compliance to specifications
Verification of CCP’s and records
Monitoring of work area temperature and humidity ( in required on product/ Process)
Random checking of weights/ per product
Daily calibration of weighing scales used In production/ preparation areas
Reporting of deviation, investigation, root cause analysis and corrective actions
Verification of material usages as per formulation.

Responsible for the inspection and evaluation of incoming materials and packaging. Taking samples for evaluation against specification
Issuance of disposition after evaluation of materials either for acceptance/ release / hold/rejection based on the results of evaluation against specifications.
Conducts inspection and monitoring of stored products to ensure proper identification, segregation, storage and issuance according to FIFO or FEFO rule
Random inspection of outgoing product and coding (expiry dates), personnel and delivery vehicle prior loading/ dispatching.
Monitoring of pest control activities in warehouse and other storage facilities
Allergen control monitoring

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science or Engineering, Chemistry and Microbiology
With at least 2-3 years experience in food or manufacturing industry
Preferably has exposure or background of GMP and HACCP.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
