Admin - Marketing Coordinator

Seeking an AWESOME Team Admin - Marketing Support PRO!

Pay Rate - $960 to $1280 USD Per month

We are a successful real estate team out of Florida, who LOVE to give home sellers and home buyers a great experience! We feel that we are most professional team in the Central Florida area, and that if a potential buyer or seller in our market doesn’t know about us, they will fall victim to working with a lesser real estate professional in our area, and solving this big problem is where you come in!

This candidate will work directly with the team leader on a week in and week out basis, creating in some cases, and consistently implementing the story of our team across multiple outlets – online websites, coordinating both direct and e-mail campaigns, facilitating social media campaigns and posting regularly, and checking our existing media to make sure things are on point and highly effective! The ideal candidate is excellent at implementing marketing by simply following provided training resources (PPT slide decks and recorded training) with precision and without skipping steps. This particular tea ---------- mber is AMAZING at making content look awesome. They have a flair for style in laying out text and images. They know the best tools, but also have a great eye for making content look appealing. They have a great mastery of English, and can write content well, with good grammar. The candidate is a self-starter, innovative, good with problem solving, and loves the idea of solving this mission of must making sure no buyer or seller who wants to buy in this area, will every end up with working with a lesser real estate team, again!


Intermediate to Advanced Qualifications Required:
Graphic design (Canva) Layout work, image editing,, , social posting (Story Creation) IG, Linked In, FB, Youtube - Editing and improving graphically Power Point presentations, MS Word Docs, Adobe PDF Documents.
ANY Real estate experience is a plus but not a must. We need graphic and marketing strengths way more than we need someone who knows aspects of the American Real Estate industry.

Basic to Intermediate Qualifications Desired:
Editing sites like Wix. Assisting in email messaging and creating drips, Craigslist campaigns.

Working Hours:
Option A: 9am to 6pm EST
Option B: 1pm to 9pm EST
