PHP coder - Enthusiastic Wordpress Developer

I am looking for 1-2 confident and enthusiastic wordpress developers to join my team as soon as possible. I have a small web design business based in australia which is expanding at the moment and I am looking for the right people to join our team. The pre-requisites for the positions are as follows:

- You must be able to work to a very high standard and have attention to detail. Just because you have experience does not mean you have attention to detail, you will know within yourself if you have this or not. We are NOT looking to hire people that have the attitude of "near enough is good enough". We want you to take pride in the work you submit, and be proud to handover quality projects you can put your name to. In this regard, I will favour a more junior developer if I can see a strong desire to succeed and grow with the company, rather than a senior developer with a bad attitude.

- You must speak fluent english and be available daily for voice chats on skype. Your interview will be on skype, so i will know this quickly.

- Many times i have small tasks during the day that i need to send to someone at short notice, so availability is essential for this role.

- Initially I will be paying fixed rate per project. (ie agreed value between us on the particular project). Generally on small web projects we use a themeforest template as a base to save time and money, although sometimes we build from scratch. To the right person I will pay 200-300 usd per basic wordpress website and depending on different factors.

- All jobs must be completed as per the graphic design I submit to you. Occassionally, the graphic designer or myself will consult you for optimizing our designs with coding.

- You must work fast and be responsive, motivated and adaptable. As stated previously, these are personality traits that i will favor.

I aim to create only high quality projects for my clients and this is why my business is expanding at the moment, due to good word of mouth. As stated you will work on a freelance basis initially, but i will be keen on full-time employment if the means for this becomes available.

With your application, I also need you to submit in writing why you think you will be suited to this role and also a portfolio showing at least 5 of your most recent websites / coding projects. Any other skills you have in other coding languages, or skills in marketing, SEO, Copy writing and sales copy will be highly regarded, but you must be able to demonstrate your experience in your application / interview.
