Virtual Sales Assistant

I manage a boutique social media agency where I generate leads via Facebook for my clients in the parenting/pregnancy niche.

I need someone who is able to generate contact details by looking thru online directories, websites, forums, google advertisers, etc...

Then you'll be in charge of contacting them and following up with them to give our media kit, then fix an appointment for me to meet them at their office.
Note: you're not required to sell online for me (just fix and confirm an appointment)

I want to develop you to handle after sales account management for me. To answer/generate reports for the clients. With this, I would turn this part time into a full time job.

I'm looking looking for someone who wants a stable job, without having to take on other part time jobs, and have a long term career with me. The longest serving employee in my company has been working with me for 6 years and I'll like colleagues who can look forward to that.
