Job Title: PHP full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our remote team and contribute to the development of our web application. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for implementing the outlined plan for outsourcing the development of our software project.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to ensure a clear understanding of the project requirements and expectations.
• Utilize your expertise in Laravel and PHP to develop both the front-end and back-end components of the web application.
• Design and implement user-friendly interfaces based on wireframes and high-fidelity mockups provided by the outsourcing partner.
• Set up and configure the chosen cloud storage platform and spreadsheet processing service as per project specifications.
• Regularly review the progress of the outsourced development, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct thorough testing of the web application to ensure functionality, performance, and user experience meet the defined standards.
• Collaborate with the outsourcing partner to address user feedback and make necessary adjustments to the application.
• Oversee the deployment process to a hosting service, conduct final reviews, and ensure the successful launch of the application.
• Facilitate user testing, gather feedback, and work with the outsourcing partner to implement required modifications.
• Assist with promotion efforts by participating in the official launch and providing technical support during user onboarding.
• Coordinate with the outsourcing partner for ongoing maintenance and updates, ensuring the application's performance and user satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Laravel Developer, showcasing expertise in both front-end and back-end development.
• Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of Laravel framework, including database management, routing, and security.
• Familiarity with cloud storage platforms and API integrations.
• Experience collaborating with remote teams and outsourced development partners.
• Ability to effectively communicate and provide clear feedback on development progress and requirements.
• Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
