Web Development Tutor

I am looking for someone who can help teach me web development. I've already got many of the basics down. Although, I would like to meet with someone a couple of times a week to help me learn the foundations of coding websites.

The ideal candidate will be able to chat on skype to help tutor me. This is part time work and the pay is 200.00 a month.
