We are a DTC ecommerce business on Shopify and generate our sales through paid channels including podcasts, third party newsletters, influencer, paid Meta ads, and paid search ads. We generate organic traffic through social engagement on Instagram, by creating a weekly newsletter, and through our email flows and campaigns.

Requirements
- Highly motivated and intelligent
- Self-starter that is able to take direction and build on it
- Analytical and data-oriented, while being able to look at problems and opportunities strategically as well
- A sales mindset - and some proof that your work has effectively led to strong growth in sales
- Willingness to be flexible with roles and responsibilities
- Great customer-facing capabilities - the ability to convey the company's brand, positions, being truly helpful while also ensuring the success of the business

Ideal Candidates will possess
- 2+ years experience in social media marketing
- 1+ year experience working with a DTC business
- References upon request
