Amazon Performance Associate

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Directly Supports Performance Associate Lead
Executes Daily Amazon Seller Account monitoring through pulling, recording and analyzing account data.
Utilize and navigate online project management and communication software to track work and communicate with tea ---------- mbers.
Create and kickoff project tickets and tasks for internal and external tea ---------- mbers in a timely and efficient manner.
Continuously Simplify and Invent processes to current workflow
Support Performance Specialists and Manager with ASIN deep dives, appeal template creations and various ad hoc projects.
Following Standard Operating procedures to execute each required daily task.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATION:

Internal Amazon experience with Seller Performance, Direct Imports, Product Compliance and/or Testing Laboratory Experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Has the ability to work efficiently and effectively
Prior experience with Amazon Seller & Vendor Central
Proficient with MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet
Strong attention to detail, well organized and a fast learner
Strong analytical and research skills
A strong curiosity to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work independently as well as with a team
Navigates well through ambiguous tasks
Good working laptop and stable internet connection at home is a MUST
