**Position Overview:**

We are looking to hire a committed and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our remote team in the Philippines. The Case Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating case management activities, liaising with clients, and providing exceptional support to our legal team. Please note that there will be a mandatory two-month training period for this position. The first two weeks will be school-based training and the remainder hands-on training. The salary during this training period will be $750 per month, increasing to $1000 per month after the training period.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Managing an assigned caseload and coordinating all case management activities.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring they are kept informed and updated.
- Assisting our legal team in case preparation and research.
- Maintaining organized case files and tracking important deadlines.
- Ensuring all case management processes and procedures are followed efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in a case management, paralegal, or similar role in a law firm or legal department.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and case management procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred.
C-2 English mastery

**Training & Compensation:**

There will be a two-month training period for this role. The first two weeks will involve school-based training, and the rest of the period will be hands-on training. The salary during the training period will be $750 per month. Upon successful completion of the training period, the salary will be increased to $1000 per month.
