Inventory planner with Strong Analytical Skills

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Planner with strong analytical skills and is a self-starter and willing to learn. This person will also help to consolidate and analyze sales data. As this role is not enough to occupy the 8 hours, we are looking for someone who can multi-task and is willing to learn Google Analytics/Ads. Training on Google marketing will be provided. If you have experience on Ads management, this will be a major plus.

The materials and inventory planner responsibilities include both demand management and inventory planning of
specific product lines. They will plan inventory, schedule manufacturing orders and coordinate the flow of work and
materials to meet delivery expectations of forecasted and actual sales while minimizing inventory levels. The position
will coordinate the shipment and logistics of all customer orders to meet customer demands and on time shipping
metrics. The planner will reflect demand changes in our planning systems to ensure high accuracy of forecast needs and
ensure accuracy in inventory records, item usage history, and forecasting files.

Scope of Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop production and inventory management plans to support both material and finished good requirements
• Identify current and potential product shortages, develop and execute recovery, advise interested parties of
status and recovery plans
• Release manufacturing orders based on material requirements planning (MRP) and coordinate the flow of
material throughout the production cycle
• Coordinate with Purchasing for availability of raw materials
• Coordinate material movement between vendors and warehouse
• Facilitate transmittal of customer orders to distribution center and manufacturing facilities including shipment
and paperwork of international orders; serve as key contact for customer service inquiries
• Maintain and update master files [items, vendors, etc.] including new item setup
• Set up and monitor the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy
• Thoroughly review, familiarize and understand existing BOM structure as well as the physical products
• Key participant in developing and managing company SOP, assembly & parts drawing database process
• Manage inventory levels to meet corporate goals
• Coordinate and manage monthly cycle counts for all manufacturing locations and distribution center; key
participant in annual physical inventory
• Support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy; investigate & reconcile discrepancies & negatives
• Assist in costing of materials and ---------- ventory Planner Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working as an Inventory Planner.
• Excellent skills in microsoft excel. Able to do macros.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Salary : Php 45,000- Php 65,000 with 2 months variable bonus based on KPIs
Salary will be based on skills and experience. If you have facebook/google ads management experience, it's a major plus.
Working hours is 9am to 6pm PH time, 5 days work week.
