Voice-Over + Video Editor for 2 Minute Short YT Videos

I am looking for someone who can do the voice-over and video editing for 1-3 minute short YouTube ---------- ’s super important that you can do both so you do your own voice-over and video editing.
Scripts are not needed, because I will give you an example video and you can just freestyle it.
Here are the requirements:
- Voice over + Short edit
- $2,00 per video
- Length of video: between 1 and 3 minutes.
- 10-20 videos per week (10 video's is 80,- a month) (20 videos is 160,-a month)
