JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and experienced candidate to join our team as a Customer Success Manager/Account Manager & Onboarding specialist. The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication etiquette, strong client management skills, and some knowledge of Self-Service ---------- this role, you will be trained on our software and responsible for checking in on existing customers, onboarding new customers, ensuring they are satisfied with our software, addressing any concerns they may have, and helping them get the most value from our software and products. Recording all customer interactions in Salesforce and meeting with our Project Managers in a weekly meeting.

To be successful in this role, you should have good interpersonal skills, be fluent in English, and have experience with user interface design or an understanding of website development. You should be able to work independently, be a problem-solver, and have a passion for helping customers succeed.
