WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Service as our Vacation Rental Operations Associate
- Mainly responsible for guests, distributions, maintenance, and housekeeping operations
- Help troubleshoot any issues, answer questions, and make sure the guest has an easy, fun, and unforgettable stay!
- Be responsible for taking incoming phone calls, messages, emails and texts
- During downtime, you will be responsible for additional admin tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with logistics and implementations is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Streamline or Guesty is preferred but not required.
- Experience with Short-Term Rental management is preferred.
- Must be creative and knowledgeable with Canva.
- Must have situational awareness and is a critical thinker
- Can work with less supervision
- Adaptable to constant Short-Term Rental change
- Conversational to Fluent English
- Someone who takes initiative
- Someone resourceful

HOURS/DAYS:
We're looking to hire either someone full-time, who can work in New York (EST) Time and is flexible with the given schedule. There will be a 3-month probationary period.

BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION
- 13th Month Pay
- $6 to $7 per hour depending on experience
- Yearly increase based on performance
