JOB OVERVIEW

The marketing coordinator is responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing team to carry out marketing campaigns. Duties include researching market trends and compiling reports about consumer needs; creating marketing campaign content like graphics, blog posts, or social media posts; and researching and coordinating marketing events such as book tours and speaking engagements. The marketing coordinator performs sales, marketing, and administrative functions as outlined below.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create branded advertising campaigns and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collating content.
• Supporting the Marketing Manager by establishing and evaluating marketing strategies and by analyzing and organizing promotional presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities for TCO and its clients.
• Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives, and timelines to the team.
• Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements; developing assignments and schedules; coordinating mailing lists; and establishing contacts.
• Execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing databases, e-mail, social media, and digital ad campaigns.
• Manage and implement a social media strategy for all clients across multiple platforms to build and raise awareness of the client brand.
• Leverage social media marketing to devise and implement strategies that consistently grow social media numbers and levels of engagement.
• Review social content, SEO, and paid media assets to ensure quality and alignment with individual client plans.
• Assist the marketing and sales team with centralized functions (i.e., campaign development and deployment, development of content marketing, event planning, PR, website, etc.) to support marketing initiatives.
• Assist with the planning, execution, and implementation of the marketing strategy and plan, including campaigns, events, web, advertising, rich media, digital marketing, social media, sales tools, and public relations.
• Ensure consistent client branding and messaging across all communications and platforms.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
• Marketing automation with specialized skills in SEO and SEM
• CMS and CRM expertise (Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments, clients, and vendors.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for representing the organization in public, during media events and product launches, product demonstrations, and while participating at trade shows, conferences, book signings, or other events.
• Project management experience and time management skills for juggling numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
• Current knowledge of computer applications, programs, and features, and experience with web page development in graphic design.
• Creative thinking, innovation, and an enthusiastic approach.


QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience in content management, creative writing, marketing, advertising concepts, or media negotiations.
• Marketing, media, or communications diploma or degree.


Job Types: Independent Contractor

Hours - Monday-Friday: 8:30 pm - 5:30 am (EST) Manila time
40 hours/week
