**Virtual Assistant – Most People Don't, LLC**
*Part-Time | Remote | $4–5/hour*

**The Role**

We're looking for a proactive, energetic, and creative Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing speaking and training business. This is not a sit-and-wait job. We want someone who sees what needs to be done and does it — someone who brings ideas, takes ownership, and genuinely cares about the work.


**What You'll Do**

**Podcast Production (2–3 episodes/week)**
- Coordinate guest scheduling and pre-interview communication
- Assist with episode preparation and research
- Edit audio and video using Descript
- Write episode summaries, show notes, and social captions
- Publish and distribute episodes across platforms

**Keynote & Content Support**
- Edit and proofread keynote speeches and presentation decks
- Format and organize slide content
- Research speaking topics, industry trends, and audience insights

**Speaking Business Development**
- Research new speaking opportunities, conferences, and events
- Complete RFP submissions and speaker application forms
- Maintain and update speaker profiles and directories

**Social Media & Marketing**
- Draft and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Repurpose podcast and keynote content into short-form social content
- Monitor engagement and flag opportunities for interaction

**General Administrative Tasks**
- Data entry, file organization, and inbox management
- Manage tasks and workflows in ----------
- Support email campaigns and subscriber communication via Textiful
- Assist with website updates on Kajabi
- Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and general correspondence
