Account Manager (Virtual Assistant) With Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

We are currently seeking a full-time Account Manager (Virtual Assistant) with knowledge and experience in Adobe Illustrator to join our team. Our company specializes in assisting customers with Graphic Design Tasks and Project Management. The ideal candidate for this position should be comfortable working nighttime shifts aligned with the Philippines timezone, as it is a requirement.

As an Account Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assisting our customers with their projects via email, chat, and/or Slack. Quality control of artwork files will also be a part of your duties, so a good understanding of Adobe Illustrator is necessary. While graphic design experience is not mandatory, it would be considered a plus.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.
Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule, with nighttime shifts available.
Must be responsive and reliable.
A strong background in customer ---------- monstrated C2 level English skills.
Reliable computer workstation, internet, and power.

Additional Information:

This is a work-from-home position.
Starting monthly salary of $600 USD.
Holiday pay is provided (take the time off and still get paid).
