[Characteristics & Responsibilities:]
1. Strong Time Management Skills: The executive assistant should be able to effectively manage the CEO's emails and calendar. He/She shall allocate time blocks for various tasks, ensuring that the CEO's time is utilized efficiently.
2. Accountability: The executive assistant should hold all teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, including the CEO, accountable for their commitments. They should ensure that deadlines are met and tasks are completed as scheduled. They should work with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to create content and systems, and file them properly. They allow will be responsible for client follow-ups and reminders for the CEO.
3. Technical Efficiency: The executive assistant should be technologically proficient and comfortable using various applications and systems. They should be able to conduct market research, test systems, and provide feedback on apps and tools used within the company.
4. Attention to Detail: The executive assistant should pay close attention to detail, particularly when it comes to managing emails, calendars, and administrative tasks. They should demonstrate diligence and accuracy in their work.
5. Adaptability: The executive assistant should be adaptable to the growth and changing needs of the company. As the company expands, they should be able to handle responsibilities and assist in various areas, like using Artificial Intelligence effectively across the company.
6. Proactive and Assertive: The executive assistant should be proactive in anticipating the CEO's needs and taking quick actions. They should be assertive in managing unrealistic deadlines and challenging situations, while also striving for “progress over perfection”.
7. Communication Skills: The executive assistant should possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively communicate on behalf of the CEO to clients or other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers. They should be able to make introductions, handle phone calls, and maintain efficient communication channels.
8. Strategic Thinking: The executive assistant should have a strategic mindset and be able to identify conferences, podcasts, grants, and solutions that align with the company's goals. They should be able to make informed decisions and assist in planning and executing various initiatives.
9. Trustworthy and Reliable: The executive assistant should be reliable and trustworthy, capable of handling confidential information and representing the CEO professionally. They should earn the trust of the CEO and be viewed as a dependable resource.
10. High-pressure Resilience: The executive assistant should be able to work well under high-pressure situations, as the CEO's role may involve intense demands and time constraints. They should remain calm and focused, ensuring that the CEO can run the company smoothly.

[Qualifications & Skills:]
Essential:
1. Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an executive assistant.
2. Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong writing, comprehension, proofreading, and editing abilities.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Prior experience with Canva, ChatGPT (AI), Thinkific, Loom or similar applications will be recognised.
5. Good all-around computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new online tools.
6. Ability to prioritise and efficiently make progress on multiple tasks.
7. Self-discipline, problem-solving skills, personal growth mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning and teamwork.
8. Self-motivated, proactive, and thorough in delivering results, with the ability to work independently.
9. Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and professional demeanour.
10. Availability for video calls 100% of the work hours with a suitable Upgrade to see actual infosirable:
1. University degree and/or certificate related to administrative role, project management or business management.
2. Experience in designing and formatting various documents and files.

[Requirements:]

2. Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection (minimum 20MBPS download and 10MBPS upload speed) and a stable power connection.
3. With back up power supply OR is 15-minute away from a coworking space.
4. Two professional references and one personal/character reference who can vouch for you.
5. Available full-time. Preferred work hours from 9AM to 6PM Sydney (AU) Upgrade to see actual infote: you can ONLY work with Enable Ag (no other company) during your engagement.
6. Availability to start working no later than June 15th, preferably earlier.
7. A high-speed computer capable of handling multiple browser tabs, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and other applications ‘all open at once’. Minimum configuration: 16GB RAM, 3.3GHz i3 Processor, 256 SSD, Basic graphics card.
8. Two monitors + HD camera + headphones with noise cancelling microphone.
9. A smart android mobile phone or iPhone purchased within the last three years.

[What's provided?]
The salary for this role will be determined based on the quality and skills of each applicant and will be presented during the interview process. This will be between PHP 20,000 and 30,000 per month for 40 hours/week commitment.
High-performing individuals will be eligible for a salary increase following the completion of their three-month probationary period and on an annual basis Upgrade to see actual infote: You will be given access to our training portal as well as an external agency's training Upgrade to see actual infoitially, you will receive support to perform your tasks, but afterward, you will be expected to systemize and work independently. We will assist you in systemizing certain tasks until you feel confident.
