A Business Consultant Company is looking for a capable & committed, long term Personal Executive Assistant. Experienced in MS-office, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook or Gmail
Role title: Executive Assistant
Employment: Full-Time
Weekly hours: 30-40 hours per week
The successful candidate will start June 26th. Must not have other jobs. As it’s difficult to have two jobs, must be able to work during Pacific Standard Time – Los Angeles. Long Term position for a year or longer.
The ideal candidate:
- Great communication skills - Very good in English
- At least two years of Administration Work
- Understand how to make life easier for Executive
- Experience using MS office

- Willingness / Committed to Growth
Nice to have but not required:
-Video Editing software,
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Developing Excel Spreadsheets with formulas, PowerPoint presentations
-listening to calls and trainings and transcribing actions items for clients
-Making travel arrangements
-Managing schedules
-Writing and responding to
- Projects creation
- Research and Development

- Quality of Work
- Speed of getting work done
- Being able to follow directions and work independently
