Looking for a Rockstar customer service rep

Looking to hire a full time Customer Service rep for an online bookkeeping company. This is a brand new company and I am looking for someone to work with this company from the ground up. I am looking for someone driven, self motivated, detail-oriented, great at sales and general knowledge of bookkeeping is a bonus.

I am looking for someone who is amazing at sales. Please be fantastic as these aspects of sales:
Phone sales (inbound and outbound phone calls)
Video sales (zoom, skype and ---------- videos)

Email marketing sales (design and copy for email marketing)
Social media sales (design and campaign ideas and implementation)

The office hours will be Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm PST, with a quick lunch break.
