Outbound Call Customer Service Representative

Omni Therapy, Inc. is looking for an energetic, dedicated customer service representative to make outbound calls to our Upgrade to see actual infondidates should have excellent English skills and a proven successful track record of working in a customer service role where the primary responsibilities are to make and receive inbound and outbound calls. This position is an important part of the Omni Therapy team, combining research and consultative skills to deliver on time sensitive tasks.

The Outbound Call Customer Service Representative will work side-by-side with members of the accounting team, assisting them with reaching out to our clients with gentle reminders that their payments are due, and to assist them in ensuring that a payment is made on their account in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:
• 2+ years of Customer Service / Call Center experience
• Excellent English skills
• Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Experience
• Any experience with billing / payment reminder calls is a big plus
• Must be available to work Mon – Fri, 9am – 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time
