About the role:

We’re looking for a Registered Nurse to join our growing History and Physical team. As an H&P Documentation Specialist, you’ll work closely with our Project Manager and partner clinicians/providers to successfully create summarized H&P notes for our clinicians/providers. This prompts further documentation upon assessment and saves them time to go through all reports/notes and can focus more on the patient.

Responsibilities:

•Transfer and summarize medical reports, summaries, and other medical documents of newly admitted residents to our H&P format.
•Provide online copies of summarized H&P notes to clinicians or other providers for review, making corrections or changes as noted.
•Familiarity with proper grammar, spelling, and sentence structure as well as medical jargon and abbreviations.
•Collaborate with the Project Manager and partner clinicians to come up with different ways to improve the current process of doing H&P notes.
•Maintain strict adherence to patient confidentiality according to clinician standards and government regulations.

Qualifications and Necessary Skills:

•Current state/country license as a Registered Nurse.
•At least 2-3 years of experience in hospital or other health care settings.
•Familiarity and proficiency with EHRs and use of Google Suite.
•Strong critical thinking skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to work quickly/efficiently and thrive in a remote and fast-paced environment
•Superb time management skills
•Able to type 40 WPM
•Attention to detail

Salary and Schedule:

•Salary: USD 1,200.00 per month
•Day shift Philippines Time, Monday - Friday for 50 hours/week
