Virtual Assistant

I am looking to hire a virtual assistant to manage a new Shopify store that will be launching soon. If you've had previous work experience managing a shopify store then I need to interview. Here's what I am looking for in a virtual assistant:

1. Knows to create and optimzie FB ads.
2. Zendesk for customer service
3. Fill the orders from dropshipping companies
4. Go on facebook for comments

***You must know how to create and optimize fb ads*** I do not have time to train.
