Website Designer (Long-term, permanent position with an Australian company!)

If you are a talented & creative website designer who is looking for a full-time, remote web design role, working from home, then this may be a perfect role for you!

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join an Australian website & branding design agency ---------- . We design world-class custom websites, branding, and marketing graphics for high-level clients that use online marketing funnels to grow their businesses.

You don't need any WordPress coding skills - we have a separate team of talented devs to take care of the website builds.

You will have a huge advantage if you can also design logos, branding, and marketing graphics.

If we like your application and portfolio, we will send you an email inviting you to meet us on a Zoom video call.

If your interview goes well and we choose you, then you will start with a fully paid full-time 4-week trial period, to see how well you can design. If your performance, talent, and attitude are all a good fit for our culture, we will offer you a permanent full-time position.

You will be perfect for the role if...
- You can design websites and landing pages to a high standard that focuses on conversions.
- You can design websites confidently in Adobe XD.
- You are open to constructive feedback on your designs so that you constantly improve.
- You can follow design direction, you have great attention to detail, and you can work at a reasonable pace to meet deadlines.
- You are self-motivated to work productively from your own location.
- You have experience working remotely.
- You have good communication skills, including good English writing skills.
- You have a fast and reliable PC or Mac, and your own Adobe Creative Suite.
- You have your own 100 GB Dropbox account ($10 per month).
