Job Summary:
Our partner recruitment agency in the Philippines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Candidate Processing Specialist to join the team in Quezon City.

The ideal candidate will manage the entire processing and deployment process for candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process. As a Senior Candidate Processing Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping our Australian clients get their candidates at the job site the soonest time possible.

Key Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in our QC office
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Team Manager / Team Leader in the BPO industry
- Must be willing to start immediately
- Salary package offer to be discussed during the interview
- Plus other statutory benefits such as Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, SSS, 13th Month Pay, etc.
- Monday to Friday 9 AM-6 PM work shift
- International recruitment experience is an advantage but not required

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing of various transactions and ensure that they are accurate, efficient, and timely
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce errors
- Train and manage a team of processing specialists
- Monitor and analyze processing metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve processing issues
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to tea ---------- mbers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
