Brand - Creating a cohesive story and mission for the brand, not only through visuals but also through a customer experience.
Growth - We provide resources to businesses to continue experiencing growth by creating strong foundations and sustainable scaling methods. Operations and Logistics scaling is a key focus.
**Job Duties**
- Assisting in the marketing of assets through content creation, market research, ideation, scheduling, and working with the design team to come up with high-quality content
- Work with Social Media team with management, planning, and scheduling
- Organizing projects through standard business management tools, Google Drive, Notion, Asana, Slack, and more
- Creating systems, processes, and operating procedures to scale the business
- Maintaining/creating documentation, records, and meeting notes for changes that occur within the company
- Correspondence management through
- Work with clients to onboard and offboard projects
- Perform various ad-hoc duties as they occur
**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**
- Web design (CSS, HTML, Shopify, Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace etc.)
- Social media tools and content planning (HootSuite, Hubspot, etc.)
- E-commerce experience with platforms such as Shopify
- Business process and project documentation management (Atlassian, Jira, Asana Notion, Etc.)
- Able to work independently with little oversight, a go-getter and problem solver
- An eye for design and marketing (able to use Adobe CC)
- Ability to identify gaps in the business and proactively address these obstacles
- Management experience to manage a small team

- Managing multiple brands and products at once
**This is a full-time role**
- 40+ hours a week required
- 90-day probation period - with a salary increase after 90 days
- Opportunities for growth - performance review every 6 months with a salary increase
