[Remote/Night Shift] Project Manager - Design Agency

Hero Design is a graphic design agency with a diverse set of clients across the globe. We're a rapidly growing team of talented designers who enjoy helping clients with their design needs.

For the new hire, we are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team at Hero Design The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Manage projects from onboarding to task completion, ensuring client satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that projects meet quality standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to identify opportunities for growth
• Monitor project progress, identifying potential issues proactively and providing solutions
• Regularly update management on project status and client feedback
• Be part of the support team and answer questions clients might have
• Onboard new designers when required (only happens every now and then)
• Huge bonus if you have experience in business development or social media management

Requirements for this position include:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably design agencies with remote work experience
• Native or fluent English language proficiency
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana (we use something similar)
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and address challenges
