Manager for Online Bookkeeping Company

Looking to hire a full time Manager for an online bookkeeping company. This is a brand new company and I am looking for someone to work with this company from the ground up. I am looking for someone driven, self motivated, detail-oriented, great at sales and general knowlesge of bookkeeping.

Here are the software you need to know and be proficient at:
1. QuickBooks
2. HubSpot
3. Online VOIP phone systmen

The office hours will be Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm PST, with a qucik lunch break.
I need someone that is both good at bookkeeping and good at sales.
I need someone who has been an Office Manager for an online bookkeeping company before.
