Looking for Rockstar Project Manager

We’re looking for a long-term Project Manager.

Our agency provides project management services and training to small businesses. We provide our clients with project management services to help them manage the their business and meet their goals.

Responsibilities:
* Managing various website, software, digital marketing, and consulting projects for our clients.
* Leading small to medium projects simultaneously
* Identifying major and detailed project tasks, and resources to manage the tasks across multiple sub-projects.
* Ensuring project schedule, scope and quality objectives are met
* Using metrics and controls to measure progress
* Planning, identifying, analyzing and resolving project issues and risks
* Scheduling and facilitating meetings - communicate progress and brainstorming solutions to meet project goals.
* Providing timely communication of project status to business owners for decision making.

Position Requirements:
* 2 – 4 years of experience leading projects and creating processes.
* Ability to rapidly learn about a business in order to lead a project effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Excellent organization and coordination skills.
* Experience with online businesses and marketing preferred
*Experience with Asana and/or Clickup preferred
