This job entails become adept at troubleshooting applications that run on Linux. The candidate should be adept at troubleshooting and be curious on how things work. We'll train you on supporting our growing customer base by learning how to troubleshoot and identify issues and then resolve them. Requirements
============
Knowledgeable in LAMPStack
Experience setting up web sites
Adept at troubleshooting and finding the root cause of technical issues
Comfortable multi-tasking
Able to talk to communite well both in writing and on the phone

Nice to have (not required)
======================
Understands web hosting protocols such as TCP, HTTP, HTTPS, SMTP, IMAP, SSH
Experienced with WordPress full stack, including PHP, themes, templates, jQuery, WPCLI
Experience modifying IP tables rules
Ability to write bash or python scripts

Other Requirements
=================
Bachelor’s degree in engineer/technical discipline
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Linux Professional International Certification I (LPIC-1) will be required after hire
Able to Touch type (type without staring at the keyboard)
Work remotely from home
Job Types: Full-time, OJT (On the job training)
