We are an elite boutique marketing agency in the US looking for a UGC Ads Video Editor.
Job Description:
As a Video Editor you will be responsible for producing engaging UGC ads and creating visually stunning graphics that align with our clients/brands. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to bring our ideas to life through compelling videos and eye-catching designs.

Responsibilities:
- Edit raw footage into UGC ads ensuring seamless transitions, proper pacing, and compelling storytelling.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop video concepts and execute them in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in video editing and graphic design.
- Manage and organize video and graphic assets, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient file management.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a UGC ads Video Editor (a plus if you know Graphic Design too) or a similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- A portfolio demonstrating your video editing and graphic design skills is required.
- Willingness to work from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in editing/conceptualizing UGC videos and graphics for paid social ads/marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their video requirements.
- Ability to work independently and take creative initiative.
- Direct response experience
